Privacy isn't too much of an issue in the case of my website. We do not require any payment information since it's services are free. It is not necessary to provide your social security number, therefore your identity is safe. All services are free, with the hope of gaining revenue from advertisements or being bought out by a bigger website.
Interesting post. I would argue your idea would rely heavily on hardware. You discuss it in this post primarily from the client perspective i.e., the end user. What about the back end where you would host your servers that the client interfaces with? If your application uses a web server, you would likely need one robust enough to handle questions.
